**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently certain relevant documents showing the physical possession of the petitioners could not be appended along with the writ petition. He, however, prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents, so as to establish the actual physical possession of the petitioners on the property in dispute.
