Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner.

Learned State Counsel produced a copy of order dated 22.05.2019, vide which services of petitioner to the post of Sweeper has been regularized and which is taken on record as 'Mark-X'. In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition any further and prays for disposal of the same.

Ordered accordingly.
