(oral) The prayer made in this petition is for the issuance of a direction to the Secretary, Market Committee, Malerkotla, District Sangrur for renewal of the licence of the petitioner, applied vide application dated 4.4.2016 because it is alleged that the said application has not been decided so far. The present petition is thus, hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner filed for renewal of the licence, by passing a speaking order, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
