The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to take up the revision petition and stay application, Annexure P-4 and P-5, for hearing and pass appropriate order with regard to stay and in the meantime, dispossession of Petitioner from the land in his possession may kindly be stayed.

Learned State counsel on instructions from respondent No.6/Block Development & Panchayat Officer, Satnali, District Mahendergarh informs the Court that respondents are not going ahead for demolition of the land in question as on date, since the revision petition is already pending adjudication.
