The instant revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 03.05.2023, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panipat, vide which the complaint filed by the petitioner under Sections 499, 500, 502, 463, 465, 469 IPC, has been dismissed.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
