( Oral ) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 has placed on record a circular No.9/2015 dated 20.4.2015 which is taken on record as Mark "A" on the basis of which learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that the grievance raised by the petitioner stands satisfied. A copy of the said circular has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner, who after going through the same, submits that the circular, at this stage, satisfies the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
