Grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is to step up his pay equivalent to junior colleague. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already made representation to that effect on 24.07.2017 (Annexure P5) and the same has not been decided so far.

In view of the controversy involved in the matter, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into and decide representation dated 24.07.2017 (Annexure P5) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
