**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement No.4/2018, the petitioner applied for the Group D post under General Category, as per application form dated 15.09.2018 (Annexure P-1). Now the precise grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he has moved a representation dated 01.10.2018 (Annexure P-3) to consider him under DESM category, as he has inadvertently applied under general category instead of DESM category. The petitioner has been issued DESM certificate on 13.04.2018 by Zila Sainik Board, Panipat (Annexure P-2).
