Petitioner-allegedly a Visually Impaired candidate had applied for MPHW(Male) against 38 posts reserved for Handicapped Category out of total 1263 posts advertised vide advertisement dated 24.11.2016. His grievance was that in the final selection list no candidate belonging to "Visually Imparied" sub category has been considered or selected. Notice of motion was issued.

At the time of hearing counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been issued appointment letter.
