**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners, by way of present petition, seeks setting aside of an order dated 22.05.2026 (Annexure P-16) passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Pathankot-cum-Executing Court, whereby the objection filed at the instance of petitioner claiming herself to be Third Party was dismissed.

[2] Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 22.05.2026 passed by the learned Executing Court by filing of First Appeal.

[3] Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. [4] In case the petitioner files appeal within seven days from today, the learned Appellate Court is requested to expedite the proceedings. [5] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
