Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 25.2.2015 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the de novo enquiry ordered to be held against the petitioner, the Enquiry Officer has again held that the charge levelled against the petitioner was not proved.

Since in the de novo enquiry ordered to be held against the petitioner, the Enquiry Officer has again come to the conclusion that charge levelled against the petitioner was not proved, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
