(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 27.02.2016 passed in LPA No.1168 of 2015 (Annexure P-7), learned State counsel has stated that in view of the decision taken by the Government of Haryana, vide letter dated 26.02.2016, the candidates who have been found innocent in the report shall be offered appointment. At the same time, the appointment given to non-tainted candidates be not interfered with. In view of said letter dated 26.02.2016, the LPA was partly allowed.

Pursuant to above-said decision in the LPA, the present petitioner is seeking directions to consider his claim for appointment as per the representation made by him on 14.03.2016 (Annexure P-9). Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is not challenging the selection of the selected candidates. CWP No.7296 of 2016 -2In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 14.03.2016 (Annexure P-9), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
