G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to pay full amount of compensation qua their share in view of the judgment dated 30.04.2018 passed by this Court in RFA No. 3719 of 2015, State of Haryana and others vs. Chattar Singh (Annexure P-1).

This Court, vide the above said judgment, has fixed the market value at Rs.24,36,000/- per acre for the land which was acquired vide notification dated 31.08.2006 for the construction of the link road from Panchkula-Morni road to village Khertia. The petitioners had also filed XObjections in RFA No. 3722 of 2015, in which they had been impleaded as respondents no. 6 to 8 which were dismissed. Resultantly, the claim as such is made.

This Court, vide order of even date passed in C.M. No. 3141-CI of 2019 in RFA No. 3721 of 2015, has directed that the amount of

CWP No. 22876 of 2019 compensation as deposited in this Court in view of the interim order passed both by this Court and the Apex Court be remitted to the Executing Court for disbursal to the land owners. Annexure R-II, which was submitted with the reply to the application also gives the details of the amount which has been deposited as per RFA No. 3719 of 2015.

Resultantly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Executing Court at Panchkula for the release of the amount as per the directions of even date passed by this Court in C.M.
