**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner has sought interim bail, till the receipt of FSL Report in case FIR No. 113, dated 02.06.2022, under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, primarily on the ground that though recovery of 2500 intoxicant tablets is effected from the petitioner, but till date there is no FSL report. On asking of the Court, learned State counsel submits that FSL report has been received and it confirms that salt of Tramadol Hydrochloride found present in the sample.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel in Court today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
