(Oral) On the last date of hearing, following order was passed in this case:- "Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that LPG distributorship of the petitioner was terminated in the year 2004. Earlier in CWP No.7314 of 2010, a direction was issued to the respondent Corporation to decide representation of the petitioner. Same has now been decided. Admittedly, proprietor of the petitioner namely, R.K. Behl, has since expired.

It appears, no cause of action survives in this petition. Counsel for the petitioner, however, prays for a short adjournment to seek instructions.

To come up on 24.07.2017."
