***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case/FIR No.11 dated 13.01.2016 under Sections 363, 366, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of this petition, it has come to his notice that the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender for which, he has filed a separate petition i.e. CRMM-47379-2019 for quashing of PO order. In view of the statement so made by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
