(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-evaluate the answer sheet of paper of General Forestry and further to direct the respondents to award marks for those questions which were not checked by the examiner. Further prayer has been made directing respondents to afford the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing.

On 04.05.2022, this Court had passed the following order: "Case has been taken up after a long gap caused by the intervening pandemic period.

Prima facie case of the petitioner seems to have been rendered infructuous in view of the revaluation already carried out, as is borne out from Annexure R-1 appended with the written statement whereby by virtue of re-evaluation of the result, his marks have further been reduced from 40.5 to 39.75.

Confronted with the situation, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks accommodation on the ground that arguing counsel is indisposed.

At his request, adjourned to 12.05.2022."

On resumed hearing, apropos observations made in order dated 04.05.2022, no further explanation is coming forth. In any case, it is not for this Court to again re-evaluate the answer-sheets or sit in Judgement over the export domain of the examiners.
