(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction for quashing of impugned action of the respondents in respect of initiating process to cancel the interviews conducted for the post of Anganwari Workers & Anganwari Helpers on 15.10.2015 as well as not to declare the result even till date. Learned counsel submits that after conducting the interviews the result was not declared due to retirement of the Chairman of Selection Committee on 31.10.2015 and thereafter respondent No.3 vide letter dated 01.12.2015 (Annexure P-6) sent to the Director, Women & Child Development Department, Haryana, sought permission to conduct the interviews afresh in accordance with law.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, going through the record, this Court is of the considered view that at this stage no direction is given to respondent No.3, to declare the results & appoint the Anganwari Workers & Anganwari Helpers, on the basis of intereviews earlier conducted on 15.10.2015.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to participate in the process of selection in pursuant to letter dated 01.12.2015 (Annexure P-6), as and when the posts are to be filled up, in accordance with law.
