(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment, dated 14.12.2017, rendered in CWP No. 5090 of 2017 (Rakesh Bharti v. State of Haryana and another), wherein this Court while relying upon an earlier decision, dated 25.10.2017, in CWP No. 26795 of 2016 (Shikha Rani and another v. State of Haryana and others) and other connected matters, had allowed the petition in terms thereof. Therefore, it is submitted that the present petition too be also disposed of in terms of the afore-indicated petitions. Ordered accordingly.
