Upon notice contesting respondent no.2 has filed reply. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioners states that the parties have entered into an amicable settlement in the pending partition proceedings and therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel at the Bar, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 01.07.2015.
