At the very outset, learned State counsel has placed before the Court the order dated 09.06.2026, which has been passed pursuant to the order dated 11.05.2026 impugned in the present petition. Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition inter-alia impugning the order dated 09.06.2026.
