(Oral) The instant writ petition seeks amendment in the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-C), Service Rules, 2012. It is stated that the nature of relief sought in this writ petition is under active consideration of the State Government and an information to this effect has been sent by the Director Elementary Education, Haryana to the Advocate General, Haryana, vide memo dated 09.08.2016. In this view of the matter, no further direction is required to be issued by this Court.
