The petitioner has filed the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of Hebeas Corpus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to locate the whereabouts of wife of the petitioner and detenue, namely, Rajni Bala, who has been illegally detained by respondents No.4 to 6 and their other associates at some unknown place. A further prayer has been made to protect the life, liberty and property of detenue Rajni Bala, petitioner and his other family members, at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and their other associates. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 03.06.2026, the alleged detenue, namely, Rajni Bala has appeared before this Court. HEMLATA 2026.06.08 18:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

During the course of hearing, I interacted with the alleged detenue, Rajni Bala, in Court. She submitted that she is about 34 years of age and is presently residing happily with her parents. She further stated that she does not wish to accompany the petitioner.

Since Rajni Bala is residing with her parents of her own free will and is not under any illegal detention, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 5.
