Learned State counsel contends that the claimed relief has already been granted to the petitioner, as is apparent from para 8 of the short reply, which reads as under:

That it is also stated that as per birth certificate No.2227 dated 02.11.2006, issued by the Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar, the date of birth of her child is 31.10.2006, which is annexed as Annexure R-1. The age of her child on the date of proceeding on child care leave i.e. on 24.07.2024 was 17 years 8 months 25 days. The child will complete his age of 18 years on 30.10.2024, so the petitioner was allowed to continue her Child Care leave up-to 30.10.2024.

Since the petitioner has been given child care leave up to 30.10.2024, the date her child completed eighteen years of age, nothing survives for adjudication.
