(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation before respondent No.2 raising the grievance, as raised in the present petition, at the first instance and respondent No.2 be directed to decide the said representation expeditiously.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 raising any grievance, the same will be decided in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
