Present petition has been filed under Section XII of Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of Constitution of India for willful disobedience of order dated 19.12.2025 passed in CWP-38154-2025 titled "Santosh Monga and others vs. The Registrar Cooperative Societies and others".

Learned counsel representing petitioner states that competent authority has already passed the order on dated 24.06.2026 i.e. after filing of present contempt petition. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present contempt petition.
