(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.2 to decide the representation dated 26.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law in a time bound manner regarding addition of names of respondents No.4 and 5 as primary accused in case bearing FIR No.108 dated 22.05.2026 registered under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Phase-1, SAS Nagar (Mohali). After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. Disposed of as not pressed at this stage.
