At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been verbally compromised, whereby, petitioner No.1 and respondent No.7 have agreed to take divorce by mutual consent, however, this averment has not been approved by learned counsel for respondent No.4, who is the alleged mother-in-law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 6.
