Only grievance of the petitioner is that his passport has not been issued to him on the ground that proceedings pursuant to FIR No. 54 dated 03.07.2017 are pending against him. According to him, proceedings have culminated and a cancellation report has been filed by the police. He submits that these facts have not been taken into consideration by respondent no. 2 as also by respondent no. 3 while sending the police verification report.
