Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to fix the pension of the petitioners corresponding to the revised pay scale as per recommendations of the University Grants Commission. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that case of the petitioners is squarely covered as per the ratio of judgment rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Mehar Singh and Others v. Ch. Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar through its Vice-Chancellor and Another (CWP-24540-2018, decided on 26.09.2018). Learned counsel further contended that petitioners have already got issued legal notices dated 08.08.2018 (Annexure P8) and dated 13.08.2018 (Annexure P9), but still no action has been taken.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2 to look into and decide legal notices dated DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.10.17 15:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
