Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is working since 2014 on the post of Instructor and she is continuing till date on the said post on contract basis. The petitioner has apprehension that she will be replaced by another set of contractual employee.

The present writ petition is premature, as there are no steps taken by the respondent-department to replace the petitioner. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of and the petitioner can continue to work on the said post till the time the regular selected candidate joins.
