The present petition has been preferred against an order granting interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as during the pendency of the present petition the main case under Section 125 CrPC for grant of maintenance itself stands decided.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
