RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as to protect the property, i.e. House No.1186, Urban Estate Phase-I, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 14.06.2022, Annexure P-6, is decided in a time-bound manner.
