The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.136 dated 26.05.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mahesh Nagar District Ambala. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mahesh Kumar states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as all the accused in the present case stand acquitted. 3.
