***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to give family pension on account of the services rendered by her husband with respondent-department. And further directing the respondents not to make any recovery from the petitioner on the pretext of making excess payment of monthly financial assistance to her. 2.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide legal notice dated 31.10.2017 (Annexure P-4), within a stipulated period.
