Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P-21) whereby the application filed by the petitioners for grant of interim stay during the pendency of the revision before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana, was dismissed. It has been recorded that none of the petitioners before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana deposited the user charges as directed by this Court.

CWP-26856-2018 -2If that is so, the petitioners, who have already deposited the user charges as directed by this Court, shall be at liberty to file application(s) before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana, for reconsideration of the stay application showing that they had in fact already deposited the user charges as directed by this Court when the application for stay was considered.
