Prayer in this 2nd petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 108 dated 18.10.2021 registered under Sections 307, 354, 294, 427, 323, 458, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on) at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 07.10.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 01 year, 11 months RISHU KATARIA 2023.10.10 14:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
