Limited prayer of the petitioner in the present revision petition is that the appeal filed by her challenging the order dated 16.08.2021 dismissing the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been pending before the First Appellate Court since 10.09.2021 and that the respondent is in the process of alienating the land and that in case the appeal is not decided the suit itself would be rendered infructuous.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the First Appellate Court concerned to expedite the hearing of the appeal and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
