The petition is devoid of material particulars. The allotment is in favour of another party and not the petitioner. The petitioner claims to have purchased the property from the original allottee. The petitioner also claims that the respondents have transferred the property to his name. Evidence in respect thereof is not annexed to the petition. Even the demand notice has not been annexed to the petition.

In view of the above, the petitioner does not have locus standi to demand an occupation certificate. The petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after furnishing full particulars.
