**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to relieve/transfer them from present place of posting to District Palwal, being chronic cases, in terms of Government transfer policy dated 06.10.2004 (Annexure P-2).

The precise grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that petitioner No. 1 is suffering from Rhumatoid Arthrities, which is a chronic disease as per certificate and petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are 75% handicapped (Annexure P-3 colly).

In this regard, petitioners had given a detailed representations (Annexure P-4 colly) but no action has been taken. Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.
