(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus to appoint Warrant Officer or direct respondent Nos.2 & 3 to get release Suman (wife of the petitioner) from the illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 to 6 and produce the detenue before this Court.
Learned State counsel has stated that detenue has already been recovered in the present case, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
