**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking regularization of the services of the petitioner from 01.04.1985 with all consequential benefits. The respondents herein have filed a reply in which it is stated that the case of the petitioner was considered and her services have been regularized w.e.f. 01.01.1991.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to challenge the order dated 02.01.2015 by which the services of the petitioner have been regularized w.e.f. 01.01.1991. The application is allowed.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
