**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for setting aside the impugned order dated 16.02.2024 whereby the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada has wrongly and erroneously allowed the application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and impugned order dated 22.05.2024 whereby learned Revisional Court has dismissed the petition moved against the trial Court order in case FIR NO.38 dated 16.06.2022, registered under Sections 304-A, 279 and 427 IPC at Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to raise all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
