**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to declare his result, which has been kept on hold by respondent No. 2. The precise grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that pursuant to advertisement (Annexure P-1), he applied against the post of District Functional Manager (livelihoods) under General category. The petitioner cleared the written examination and was called for interview on 17.08.2018. The respondents issued the merit list but the result of the petitioner was kept on hold. The offer letters have been issued to the selected candidates but the name of the petitioner is not figured in the list. The petitioner is having second highest marks in the written examination. Out of 08 posts, 01 post is still vacant. In this regard, petitioner has given a detailed representation dated 17.09.

2018 (Annexure P-5) but no action has been taken. Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is Gaurav Arora 2018.10.

CWP No. 26888 of 2018 directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself. Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider to decide the representation dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and declare his result.
