Prayer made in the present writ petition is to re-fix the senior of petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.1985 i.e. from the date when his juniors have been regularized as Pump Operators in therms of their date of joining. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner got issued legal notice dated 15.10.2017 (Annexure P1), but the same also remained undecided.
