**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.33 dated 08.02.2024 under Sections 306, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to raise all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
