Prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition that he retired on 31.05.2017 and his retiral benefits have already been paid but the same were not paid to him on due date and no payment on account of interest has been made to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 23.08.2018 (Annexure P4), which remained undecided.
