RITU BAHRI J. (Oral) The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for setting aside orders dated 15.05.2019 and 12.07.2019 (P-1). Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. R.K.S. Brar, Addl.A.G Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not liable to furnish the indemnity and surety bonds for disbursement of compensation @ Rs.1560 per sq meter with all other statutory benefits, as per judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in a case of State of Haryana and others vs. Daljit Singh and others, passed in Civil Appeal Nos. 92269331-2018, decided on 11.09.2018 and judgment of this Court in a case of Premjit Singh and another vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in C.R No. 10290-2018, decided on 19.12.2018.

In view of the above mentioned judgment, the revision petition GAURAV ARORA 2019.09.13 15:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

C.R No. 5444 of 2019 stands allowed and orders dated 15.05.2019 and 12.07.2019 (P-1) are set aside and the Executing Court is directed to disburse the amount of enhanced compensation of Rs.1560 per sq meter with all statutory benefits to the petitioner without insisting upon condition of furnishing of indemnity and surety bonds.
