This is the third petition for grant of bail, pending trial, in NCB Crime No.08 dated 05.02.2019, registered under Sections 8, 20, 29 and 60 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
Ms. Puneeta Sethi, Advocate, enters appearance for UOI and submits that the petitioner stands convicted in the aforesaid Crime No.08 dated 05.02.2019 vide judgment dated 25.03.2021. She, hence, prays for disposal of the application as infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that fact. Ordered accordingly.
