Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 submits that petitioner is seeking fixation of MSP which is essentially a policy matter and has been taken by the Central Government in consultation with State Governments and various agencies. Support price was fixed by the State for the year 2014-15. No cause of action, thus, survives in this petition. Petitioner remains unrepresented. Similar was the situation on the last date of hearing.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
